Hey it's episode 148, which is part of the Bikouchuu filler arc (this arc lasts from episodes 148 to 151).
The title of the episode is "Even Akamaru is jealous of its super tracking power! Search for the phantom Faint Smell Bug". In Japanese, it's "Chō-tsuibiryoku ni Akamaru mo shitto! Maboroshi no Bikōchū o sagase" (超追尾力に赤丸も嫉妬！幻の微香虫を探せ).
