HELP best answer 10 POINTS!!! please what should i do?
polka dots are really IN right now. just create a stencil with a string on a pencil and create a bunch of circles in different sizes, then paint them with the dark blue. if you have a purple that won't show on the light blue, try mixing it with the dark blue, it will give you another dark color, but with a different hue. slight difference.
Reply:geographic designs are really popular right now. That retro 60's, do circles on one wall or different size squares some solid, some like picture frames again only on one wall.
Reply:I like the solid color with the darker color on the trim and doors idea.

You'll get more posters or pictures of friends you want on the walls and anything too dramatic will get old (like the flowers).
Reply:How about a cool ocean scene? The girl who lived next to me on dorm last year did it, and it looked really nice. She did two shades of brown near the bottom to look like sand, and then blue for water and light blue for sky. If you're feeling really creative you can do a palm tree or something too. You can get a couple small cans of paint for cheap to do this job. Happy painting!
Reply:Paint all your trim work the darker color, maybe even the ceiling. Add silver stars to the ceiling, glitter?
Reply:Geometric designs are really hot right now - I think a wall with some sort of argyle patter would look REALLY cool.
Reply:When looking for houses, my wife said she wanted an ocean view. So, I told her I would paint the top half of a wall light blue, the bottom half of a wall dark blue, and put a yellow ball up in the light blue part.

It was a joke, of course. But, if those are the colors you have to work with ...
Reply:I would do just a bunch of random "swirls" kinda in the dark blue like with a very thin brush, either random all over or if you dont have a lot of paint thicker swirls in the top corners kinda. wish I could describe it better. something like this

the yellow image on the bottom left corner!

then go with dark blue blanket and other accessories
