Need to break my lease before I go insane!?

My neighbor has 20 animals in her one bedroom apt. Break down is 7 dogs inside crates, numorous cats some in crates others not. Rats, reptiles etc... She cleans the kennels on our shared walk leaving feces in the walk way and flower beds along with fur and garbage. The flies are our of control, the smell is worse! I called the animal control and the management, I also have written management before. They state they will talk to her. Animal control is going out again today to try to get to the animals that have no food or water (one weighs 30 pounds if that) it is a large breed dog! I cannot handle this anymore! I cannot open my windows due to the smell! My house if full of flies! The smell comes into the walls and up through the plumbing. I wrote management about this months ago and they got her to stop storing her garbage bags with litter on her porch but thats it. Plus, when I wanted a dog they told me that my dog was to large and they changed the rules since I moved in? Help us!!

Need to break my lease before I go insane!?
Get outta there!
Reply:Don't move out. Report the neighbor to the department of health. You neighbor should be the one moving. Report It

Reply:You have with out a doubt a legal issue... health and safety also animal cruilty. you have reported this to one of the proper gov. authorities now take some pics or video and talk to a lawyer ...you may be surprised what a lawyers letter can do and for a few hundred bucks it's worth it to save you a lot grief ...this is a legal issue talk to a lawyer.
Reply:I would suggest going to talk to your landlord and explaining to them that it is unsanitary... and unliveable...if they give you any greif at all call a lawyer or a local law school for legal aid and there is something that you can do tooo get out if that is the situation. You can get out!!!
Reply:thats crazzy
Reply:BigMac is right. Get the city or your neighbor's landlord involved. The other option is talking to your landlord. IF you have good cause to move out - ie: health or habitability reasons - those are grounds for breaking a lease. If there is feces everywhere, sounds like you have both issues to be concerned about.

A pellet gun could do wonders too... not for the animals...for the neighbors!

Good luck.
Reply:maybe going insane will force them to break the lease not you, maybe give them a reason to boot you out. nothing serious though...just irritating.
